]]> Bella Ciao Socks are inspired by the WW2 anthem of the Italian Partisans, who resisted Mussolini’s fascist government and German occupation. The song has become a symbol of resistance to the far right, and also adopted by football supporters, politically or otherwise, we’ve heard it ourselves at Celtic, PSG and Liverpool to date (may well be others, please don’t take offence at omission). On a recent trip to Bologna we gifted.a pair to the committee of the ANPI, the movement of the Partisans, which we were welcomed into.
The socks are made from 80% cotton, 19% polyamide and 1% elastine in Portugal..
