Free Palestine Socks

Free Palestine Socks are inspired by imagery from the Occupied Territories and our effort at showing solidarity with oppressed people. We do not stand alongside anyone other than the oppressed people of Palestine, this does not mean we condone the attacks of 07 Oct or organisations perpetrating atrocities against civilians. It means we want justice for the people of Palestine, dignity, equality, and our choice of charity underlines that. People are human and deserve dignity. We stand against antisemitism as we do all forms of racism. However we think the actions of Western governments do not go far enough in protecting the innocent people of Palestine who want Freedom, and we are supporting them in this small way with our skills and business. If you don’t agree, don’t buy the socks.

The profit from the Socks will be passed to a charity working in Palestine with young people, with whom we have discussed the donation. We will publicise exactly where and who the money goes to when we make the donation. After all costs it works out about £4 per pair, £1200 if we sell all of them, in the interests of full transparency.

The socks are made from 80% cotton, 19% polyamide and 1% elastine in Portugal..

Small: 3-6
Large: 7-11

The socks are half hose and will go to the mid-calf.

Bella Reay Socks

Bella Reay Socks celebrate the legendary, record, wartime goalscorer of Blyth Spartans!She played at centre forward for Blyth & England, scoring 133 goals in one season in her team’s unbeaten run of 30 matches to win the Munitionettes’ Cup and was the best-known player. The team was disbanded during the 1918–19 season, and in 1921 the Football Association banned women’s football in England from using their grounds. However, several women’s football matches were organised in 1921 to raise funds for miners and their families during a three-month coal dispute.

We are donating part of the profit from these socks to the wonderful people at East End Women in Newcastle upon Tyne to support the work they do. this will be a tough winter for many families and we want to support our community as much as we can.

Each pair of Socks comes with stickers as standard.

The socks are half hose, coming to the mid calf and are available in two sizes:

Small – UK 4 to 7

Large – UK 8 to 11

Made in Portugal from 75% combed cotton, 23% nylon, 2% elastane.

Suffragette Socks

We’ve remade a new version of our Suffragette Socks, inspired by the fight for suffrage and ongoing battle for equality.

We have donated part of the profit from these socks to the wonderful people atEast End Women in Newcastle to help with their food bank provision over the winter.

Each pair of Socks comes with stickers as standard.

SIZING

The socks are half hose, coming to the mid calf and are available in two sizes:

Large – UK 8 to 11
