We’re delighted to stock a range of classic Burlington argyle Socks on our site, these being the Kings! The soft, combed organic cotton blends with the characteristic Burlington clip to create a harmonious unity of comfort and style. Must-haves for every wardrobe.

Burlington King Argyle Cotton Socks are light and comfortable due to their high cotton content. Each pair is manufactured with flatter Smooth Linked Toes for smooth seams and finished with the Burlington label’s signature metal stud on one leg. The socks are half hose and will go up to your mid calf.

67% Cotton (organic), 33% Polyamide (20% recycled)

CARE
Wash at 40º, don’t tumble dry, iron, use bleach, stand with them on in the shower or bath, wash them with the cat or dog.

Nottingham Forest have won two European Cups, more than Celtic, more than Villa and the same number as Manchester United. An absolutely incredible achievement that is more than fondly remembered in the city of Nottingham.

These socks are inspired by those two victories, history that needs to be celebrated! The green is of course a nod to Cloughie’s favourite jumper colour in later years, but not at the time of his Euro Cup victories where he wore red!

The socks are made from 80% cotton, 19% polyamide and 1% elastine in Portugal.

Clough won league titles, the League Cup and of course TWO European Cups with the Tricky Trees and is a pivotal figure in the history of the club, their greatest figure.
