These new Football Specials are a nod to the away kits of Newcastle United in the mid 1980s, grey, white and black. The name comes from a legendary song, by Busker, which includes the immortal line “New boy Peter, runs like a Cheetah, Beardsley’s gonna be a world beater!”. What a belter! A friend of mine sings this word for word at Newcastle matches, much to everyone’s amusement.
Every pair in this series was designed and manufactured for us to our own design here in the UK.
The socks are 80% cotton 20% nylon, nice and thick for colder weather, but breathable if it gets a bit warm.

Large – UK 8-12
A size or two either side shouldn’t be an issue, they are socks not shoes after all!
