The Order Process

Once you have placed an order on our site we deal with your order in the following way. If you have any queries please email info@sockcouncil.com.

SHIPPING QUERIES

  • Please check the tracking details sent to you by Royal Mail and the information below relevant to the shipping service you selected. If you did not receive tracking details please check the email address you provided and your spam/junk folders

  • If you think there is a problem with the delivery of an order please note, all we are able to do is check the tracking which you already possess. Royal Mail do not offer any additional telephone or email hotline about your parcel to us, it is a system of millions of items.

  • If you do contact us about an item you consider missing or lost please provide 1. Order Number, 2. RM Tracking reference as provided to you 3. Please confirm the delivery address

  • If you have any queries please email us, we would ask for restraint and patience at this time, thank you

  • Order placed & receive “Order Confirmation” Email.

  • The order is now in the “Processing” stage.
  • When the order is Shipped you will receive an “Order Completed Email” (excludes t-shirts made to order, they are under production at this point).

  • We do not send tracking numbers as a matter of course, if you have any order queries please email info@sockcouncil.com.

Shipping Methods

UK

  • You have THREE options at checkout and can select the shipping service of your preference, all with Royal Mail. RM48 (2 to 3 working day delivery), RM24 (Next working day delivery AIM, not guaranteed), Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM (Guaranteed next day, premium service)

  • These estimates may vary at peak times (Christmas) with the exception of Special Delivery. Please understand this is guidance from Royal Mail and not a commitment on our part beyond Special Delivery

  • Orders are shipped the same working day if received by 12PM. Order on a Saturday or Sunday and your order will ship on the Monday

  • We cannot commit to a delivery estimate beyond the above unless the item is Special Delivery. If you want an item definitely delivered the next day this is the service you require

  • Every customer will receive full tracking information from Royal Mail. Please pay close attention to notifications and check all details thoroughly

  • T-shirts and Prints are produced to order and while normally shipped within 7 working days can take longer. Orders comprising multiple items are shipped separately, t-shirts are shipped independently of hats, badges and other items

International

  • International orders are sent Tracked and/or Signed For with Royal Mail
  • You will be emailed your tracking number when we have shipped your order (with the exception of made to order t-shirts)
  • Please allow a minimum of seven working days for International Deliveries from Order Completion
